Both tanks utilize a closed-loop circulating water cooling system equipped with pumps and water reservoirs. Only minimal water addition is required to compensate for evaporation and losses. The total circulating water volume is approximately 5 tons/hour, ensuring effective cooling while maintaining manageable water consumption levels.
Is the polyurethane covering on the guide rollers durable? Could it peel off and contaminate the product?
We select premium quality polyurethane known for exceptional wear and tear resistance. Applied using a mature covering process that ensures strong adhesion, this material offers extended service life under normal operating conditions. The polyurethane will not peel off, and its soft surface effectively protects products from scratches and damage.
