Frequently Asked Questions
Does the 20 m² area include space for operation and maintenance?
The recommended area of ≥20 m² refers to the basic footprint of the equipment itself and necessary connection zones. In actual workshop planning, we strongly recommend reserving sufficient access aisles (typically ≥0.8-1 meter wide) around the equipment for operation, inspection, and maintenance. This additional space needs to be considered separately based on your specific workshop conditions.
Is the equipment layout fixed? Can it be adjusted to suit our workshop shape (e.g., long and narrow)?
The sequence of the core process flow is fixed. However, the relative positions of some non-standard auxiliary equipment (e.g., control cabinet, water pump unit) can be adjusted within a certain range to accommodate special workshop layouts. We provide detailed installation layout drawings for confirmation after contract signing.
Is there space for future upgrades or adding auxiliary equipment (e.g., online inspection)?
We have considered potential expandability during the design phase. The compact design does not mean cramped; the standard layout reserves certain interfaces and space. If significant auxiliary equipment needs to be added, we can optimize and adjust the plan during the drawing and planning stage in advance.
